TO ENROLL AN EMPLOYER

Download the Payroll Deduction Portal Access form and fax or mail to the UA College Savings Plan. Already enrolled? Employers, login to the Payroll Deduction Portal.

TO ENROLL AN EMPLOYEE

  1. If an employee has not done so already, they will need to open a UA College Savings Plan account.
  2. Once the account is opened, the employee must fill out the Employee Payroll Deduction form and submit to their employer.
  3. The employer will fax or mail the form to the UA College Savings Plan on behalf of the employee.
