To open a UA College Savings Plan Account, you can:

Open your account online. The moment your account is set up, you'll be able to access it.
Order an Enrollment Kit by mail. You'll receive a packet with everything you need to open an account.
Download a PDF of the Open an Account Form.
Simply enter the information, print it out, and sign it. Then mail it, along with a check for your initial contribution, to:
